I am an Associate Professor of Philosophy at Southern Utah University. I completed my PhD at Northwestern University in 2019.
My research centers on the social dynamics of communication and information-production. This includes both digitally mediated communication and information-production and human-to-human communication. I am particularly interested in the role of intention, cooperation, authority, and power in the production of meaning and communication.
Outside of philosophy, I enjoy cooking and eating good food, gardening, running and hiking in the Utah wilderness, and learning how to sew.
